In 1959, Emma Baker fell ill with a gallbladder infection while recovering from an injury at a resort. She passed away 11 days later.

The Saylor family lived in the home at least between 1965 and 1966. In 1971, Annie Bowers, who lived in the home, passed away. In 1979, it was sold for $52,500 to the DiCanzio family, who themselves sold the home in 1997 for $186,000 to the current owners.
